Voluntrea offers a unique 10-day adventure combining self-development with meaningful volunteer work. Escape the fast-paced, social media-driven world and make a positive impact while promoting mindfulness and relaxation. Mornings are dedicated to volunteer projects focused on reconstruction and animal care, connecting you with nature. Afternoons, five days a week, feature optional activities like mentoring, learning sessions, meditation, discussions, brainstorming, and surfing. Weekends offer special projects and trips, and one full day is dedicated to finding your ikigai—your purpose in life. Voluntrea aims to slow down life, enhance mindfulness, reduce stress, improve sleep, and foster connections with like-minded individuals while creating a positive community and environmental impact.

Most sessions will be personalized, but some exercises are focused on essential life skills not taught in schools.

A significant part of our mission is dedicated to addressing these issues through mindfulness, relaxation, and self-development.
